The raw material is first transported via a conveyor belt into the equipment’s long mesh. On the mesh frame, the material is subjected to the action of a scraper blade, which removes excess moisture and gradually forms a gelatin layer of specific thickness. Simultaneously, steam pipes continuously supply thermal energy to the gelatin layer, enabling gradual curing and solidification. As the conveyor belt moves continuously, the gelatin layer advances progressively until the entire production process is completed.
